Épi de blé baguettes

An épi de blé is a form of baguette that has been snipped with a sharp blade or scissor and shaped into a shape that resembles a shaft of wheat — I used a great recipe from King Arthur Flour. Here are some looks at the work in progress, and I’m including a link to the recipe I use:
